Our dreams gift us simple and direct messages leading to immensely creative, intuitive and connected work.

The focus of this four week session will be to incorporate Dreamwork into scene study and audition technique.

People, place and things are symbols and archetypes asking to be seen, heard and interacted with to shift our whole selves to be more expansive, expressive and available. Accepting what we avoid has the potential to set us free. When we bring this kind of courage and willingness to our work, we shine. We standout, and most importantly heal through our Art. Those watching us more often than not want to know “Who the fuck was that?”   

When we embrace change within, there’s a ripple effect that hits those around us. We do the work first and foremost to grow, uncover and discard what no longer serves us and embrace what is meant to be. This is where work with substances is born.

What we call a “nightmare” is in truth a wake up call to let go of a pattern that’s literally killing who we are at our core…an invitation to an alternative path. I invite you to avail yourself to yours…and shine.

These Dreamwork classes are a melting pot of methods I’ve studied and worked with the past 25 years and continue to serve me well in my own work as an actor.
